BG images must be 800x600 or 1024x768 (better)
You .mp3 file 320 kbps must be 192 kbps (convert it or PM me)
Make the title Takanashi Yasuharu - Eau De Vie
Use BMP 90,01 (better for me at least)

Easy
I suggest to use Grid Level 3
Diff setting it to high for easy, use:
HP Dr 2
CS 3
AR 2
OD 2
Add some "kiai" sections
from 00:53:737 to 01:14:734
from 02:19:390 to 02:29:388
Make Sample Volume to ~60% and use soft Sampleset
00:53:737 maybe this is better place for preview point ?
02:16:390 (4) make this note cover (6) (it still a little bit off)
02:35:054 make this last spinner quiet.

Normal

Because de (of in English) is a French particle, and it is grammatically improper to capitalize particles in a title, I cannot do that. All other notes have been heeded.

Hi~

Some general stuff here~
#You got inconsistency in tags, recheck it plz, they should be same in every diff
#About Bpm and offset
Offset inncorrect here, try this http://puu.sh/FvUu
#Also delete all red section exept first one, if you want add section to change volume or add kiai you should use green section, using red section for this is not allowed
#Open timing menu and click on resnap all notes, do it in every diff cause right now there are a lot of notes snapped incorrectly and this is error which must be fixed
