I already told you this in chat, but the beat spacing is off.
an example would be early into the song, where there is a combo that looks something like this: (see attached image)
(for some reason, I thought this was faster than screen capturing. -_-)
anyway, see the circle circled in green? that should be where the red circle is, because the timing between those notes is different than the timing between the other notes in the combo.

You can easily avoid this by holding alt when placing beats. Adjust the sensitivity with alt+mousewheel.

Might want to add that on the compose page? I took a quick look at the help but didn't notice any alt-snapping.
