Hey im a bit confused because AiMod says it has to be an Easy/Normal diff in the Beatmaps set but i see many ranked maps that have only one diff...

They are only single diff maps either because:
1 - they are more than 5 minutes worth of drain time or
2 - they have mapped the lowest possible diff in a spread according to it's drain time (if song is below 5 minutes)
