I know sounds outrageous, but I believe that it could actually work. When I learned the piano, I learned through repetition and it was boring. If you could play different songs like in osumania, playing the piano could actually be fun.

If you can connect your piano as a MIDI device to your PC, you can use software (like GlovePIE, but there might be some better alternatives) to use it as an input device for this game. Though, charts rarely follow how the songs would be played in a piano.

Something like Synthesia would be more appropriate for learning piano.
