I'm entering in the world of development, and I really like how cross-platform osu lazer is, just by compiling it differently. So, I just wanted to know before I go too far into learning the wrong language. Does anyone know which language is lazer programmed in? Thank you :-)

It is written in C#. As you can see here from the github repo. And the crossplat form is possible because of .NET Core
