You don't need the apostrophe. You can just say you suck at English. If you're questioning this, separate the apostrophe thing. It'll say I am still suck at English, which is incorrect in grammar.

When you're describing an adjective with most behind it, you add a -est at the end, so it'll be Hardest. You can't use more or most for a lot of adjectives like that...Or something of that sort. There's exceptions to this rule like worse and worst...-_-;) point is,
