First of all, i hope this is the right Forum for this
I really need help to set the BMP and Time Signature of the linked mp3 (u can download it from there).
It is the first time i try to make a Beatmap, i just listened to music my hole life and never played an instrument or something.

i think the right BPM and Time Signature is:
BPM: 222,500
Offset: 8.758
Time Signature: 4/4
but it dont "feel" right and compared to other songs BPM, it could be to high.
If anyone would help me, i appreciate <3
