Cheaterinvasion on the most easiest Difficulties?

Beware: The following thread does contain awkhard english and perhaps a few unknown words.
I am kind of wondering how they can't be already banned. There are player on the easiest difficulties (1/2 stars) are cheating as hell.
Why do i think this is the case?
First. Some of them are using Easy Mode and get more points than possible with all mods (FL/HR/DT/Hidden) (Shortcut for hidden?)

This map is overrun with these persons (Easy)
Second. Same map and most of the other maps. Spin cheating (Botspeed 477) ... like http://osu.ppy.sh/u/374666 (Kaxaru)
"kaxaru has a total of 133 top ranks!" And nobody have detected it? Nobody has seen it? The 12,203 times his replay were watched NOBODY HAS SEEN IT?!
What is wrong with the support? I know you have a lot work to do. I don't really want to blame you, but please understand me. I am extremly wondering how these people survivle in osu! without getting banned :(

Arg. well, i want you to show others examples like mine if you know some. Post them here. Let us collect such cheaters and if we have enough send an e-mail to the support (/Peppy?) with all of them...just to make osu! more secure.

Let's say clear and loud : Doing that kind of thread isn't useful and would give the cheaters (If there are any) the attention they need.

And the example of Easy mode in the First beatmap isn't enough - as the map does NOT have a huge combo and might have a long spinner - hence giving a dozillion more points since its OD is lower (I'll ask Winshley for this)

As for kaxaru, I did never see a replay of him in Standard (I'm mostly playing taiko mode, and he also has top ranks which are still WTF surprising, but that's not the subject)

Moreover this is not the right place to say this.

I found someone who is definitely cheating. I can tell by their replay/score! What should I do?
Stay calm. DON'T discuss their play in public chat. Don't give them undue attention or ask others to spectate them. Report their score on the beatmap info page (website) or use !report in in-game chat to send a message to moderators. Your help in spotting foul play is much appreciated. You can also send an email directly to osu@ppy.sh for a relatively fast response.
