[resolved] Supporter Tag Question

Problem details: I Have seen a couple of high rankers out there with more than 1 supporter tag(heart) on their user page. Anyone knows how can I get it as well and if so, does it still remains after the "subscription" expires?

i think the max is 3 because for osu!team account also have a three heart.

so i think this is what basically these heart mean:1 heart equal to 1-4 month supporter
2 heart equal to 5-8 month supporter and 3 heart equal to 9-12 month supporter.
again,this is just a blindly guesses that might be true or might be not

Okay, but does it stays forever? And do I have to support 5 years straight or it's a total?

Not sure why this was marked as resolved when not even all of the questions in your post were answered...

I believe it is that amount total, not straight. And it disappears if you do not have an acctive supporter tag.

i bought 1 year supporter and had 2 hearts on my profile, never had supporter before. I have less then 1 year supporter left and still got 2 hearts

Gifts to other people count toward your own support level.

What if I buy 5 years in total. Do I then get 3 hearts or does it have to be 5 years continous or can it be in pieces if it still makes 5 years total

If you buy 5 years total you should immediately get 3 hearts, it doesn't need to be consecutive or continuous.

i know this post is inactive but for anyone that does stumble across it i did a bit of experimenting by donating a ton of supporter, after spending about £30-40 total on gifting supporters i now have 2 hearts in no way have i had supporter for more then a year, so in conclusion the hearts are how much time you have paid for supporter not had supporter, and it also counts for gifting, if you gift a year of supporter and have a month of supporter yourself you will have 2 hearts and so will the other person.

proof i am not just saying this:

Your current osu!supporter tag is valid until November 27, 2020!
