Actually the question is how to play slow SV... Does i keep my focus point (sight) or move it lower (as a upscroll player)

Most people will focus closer to the receptors for slow SVs, and move it farther away from the receptors for fast SVs. But it really depends on the player. I play with FL, so I don't change wher I look at all.
