I mix skins, and at some point I accidentally replaced some files with no way to recover them. But basically what I want is a small glow around the hit circles that are the same color as the combo color. 
But now they don't have a colored outline, and are instead have no glow:
(Actually I'm not sure why the sliders have a white glow, I was playing around with hitcircleselect but I don't know why it's like that even though I deleted the image.)
Can somebody achieve me with getting the first image? I can edit the image files myself, I'm just not sure how to make the outline the color of the combo and not just white.
