If we're being honest here mine was Hatsune Miku.
Probably the girl from Sket Dance, because she is the first one I remember.

I dont really care about having a "waifu", but my current one is Oshino Shinobu from Monogatari, and my first one was Ito Hikiotani from Punch Line.
