Removing blurred (combo) colors from hitcircles

Just wanted to modify the Seoul v9 Personal Skin and remove these blurred colors from hitcircles, leaving only the "cleaner" colors. I tried fiddling with skin.ini but ended up messing everything up.

Here are the 'blurred' combo colors I'm referring to:

That might be just how the hitcircles are designed in this skin. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
