Can we disable them from being uploaded to pending? There are alot of maps in Pending with only one difficulty, when they should really be in the Help forums. It makes it easier for BATs to find stuff to mod, since all the incompletes clutter up the forums. It wouldn't be that hard to implement, too.

What do you guys think?

What happens if you've completed a map that you only intend to have one difficulty for (eg marathons)?

We'll deal with these exceptions as they come up. They will be more rare than the maps that will be blocked using this rule.
