OK, mod for CTB diff.

first of all, your map looks good. the pattern fits the song very much. We can see you have done a lot of work on it.

generally, please make all the jump flows well. Do not make sudden hypers if it is not necessary. and next time try to use bigger SV, it may help you arrange your map better. (I would like to use 1.7 in 150 bpm)

Ok lets start.
00:17:384 (5) - do not use hyperdash here. make 4 5 and following 1 a smoothly flow will be better.(I have tested it will not be a bug jump)
00:18:553 (4,5) - move them more towards right will be better.
00:21:086 (2,3) -move them more torwards left, try to make the jump smoothly.
00:23:229 (2) - move it more towards left
and you can try to make this slider horizontal(I personally like that better)
00:23:813 (4) - better stack with 00:22:839 (1) -
00:24:397 (6) - ^
00:23:618 (3) - 00:24:592 (7) - 00:24:982 (2) - - better stack these 3 properly.
00:30:047 (1,2,3,4) - you may want to remap this part, using higher spacing(make it more jumply)
00:37:644 (4) - try to move it more torwards right, to eliminate the hyper.
00:44:657 (3) - make this and 00:43:878 (1) - this symmetrical.
00:45:436 (6) - why you dont want to keep the spacing before? I think you need at least X2.25 for this slider.
00:46:216 (7,8) - you can try to move these 2 all the way to the top left. I don't know you like it or not, just suggestion.
00:47:579 (2) - make this note stack to the start of the previous slider.
00:58:488 (9) - make this one a horizontal slider.
01:02:579 (4) - to 01:14:657 (6) - again you may want to make the spacing hyper in this part, because it is the very last part of the song, and it seems the highest part of the music. Each of your jump is good, just make them hyper.

couldnt find much, just few suggestions/things i noticed

genereal:
hitsounds 20-30% lower - i have them on like 10% in my settings but they still overwhelm the music, i wanna hear some music and not only hitsounds :D

You must add to tags "CTB Catch the Beat", as the diff isn't called like the standards, but as a custom name.

Overall, nice job for your 1st CTB ever released, but I'd like to point out some stuff.

From 00:12:709 (1) - to 00:24:592 (7) - It would've been better if you've mapped that part placing some little jumps according to the piano sounds. Just my opinion.
00:24:982 (2,1) - The Hdashed jump should've been placed with those 2 notes, not before.
00:39:203 (1,2,3) - I'm not a huge fan of stacked triplets as this one. Please move (1) a few grids to the right and (3) the same distance to the left. If you wanna make it a bit more challenging I suggest placing them the other way around: (1) to the left and (3) to the right.
01:38:034 (4,5,6) - ^
01:01:995 (2,3,4) - Already mentioned before.
01:11:638 (4,5,6,1) - More stacked 1/4 notes here. Try to make a sweet curve with them, something like THIS.

Blue ticks are good at the end, at the beginning they can be confusing or something, but I played again the map and they seemed okay. Other opinions are welcome, but I guess they can go.

btw, after you fixed your 1st timing section, you missed to snap this section 00:12:739 (1) - because I listen a soft - finish instead of a CUSTOM one. Adjust it please!

Hey hey 8-)

  1. Timing is pretty close. Works good as it is, but I think It might be a tiny bit early. Try adding +6ms to the offset. If you disagree, feel free to ignore this, though.
  2. Maybe you could make the combo colours brighter, to stand out from the background colours more? Dark brown and red blend into the BG somewhat. The map it slow, but it's still handy to make the hitcircles as clear as possible.

The normal is pretty good as the easiest difficulty but, with only 2 diffs, and this being a very short song, it would be nice if you could make an easy diff for this. Having Easy / Normal / Hard would be the perfect set of difficulties to have.

[NORMAL]

Pretty solid, works alright. However, it's kinda boring since it's mostly constant 1/4 rhythms, with no gaps. I guess this can't be helped though, since the song is quite repetitive.

[HARD]

Just a minor complaint, but in the first half of the map (Start - 00:50:131), the jumps there feel random. The jumps in the second half feel okay, but the jumps in the first half seem to come out of nowhere, and don't flow very well in a calm song imo. Here are the jumps I mean:

It's functional but, It's pretty repetitive, and jumps and such seem to come in at random. Also, the fruit are almost constantly on 1/4 ticks, so it does not do much with the song. I'm not a CtB expert, but you should try to create fruit patterns that follow the song more. Heres a few patterns you could do:

I think for this song the 1/4's can stay. I find the song really repetitive. Again I didn't intend to put any 1/8th's in or on some parts where it really fits the music.
I will remap if I have to but for now I am keeping the notes as is. I am just going change the placement of some notes to make it look more nice.

But I will take this into consideration on my next CTB maps~ :(

Tags: I don't Know if it is really necesary Catch the Beat and CTB in tags. I did a comparison between Taiko difficulties and CTB difficulties, in general maps with Taiko Diff. don't have a tag as Taiko (you can only see that on Taiko mapsets only), after this comparison and because CTB difficulties are being recognized you can delete it from all difficulties
Combo Colours: In a mapset, I always prefer to see at least 3 combo Colours. On my personal point of view, it is very repetitve with just 2 Combo Colours

[Normal:]

• 00:22:087 (1,2,3,4): You always follow a constant Rhythm and Hitsounding. You can maybe break that, adding some Soft Whistle on this Notes to follow the piano properly. Playing with the hitsounding, you should add Soft Whistles in (1,3).
• 01:25:967 (3): Sincerely I don't like how it plays this Slider in 1/1 with 2 Repetitions, it is not following the music properly, at least the last repetition. Like you did in Hard you could add a Slider in some place to make a variety in the Score, so try this Rhythm, will fit better with the song
• 01:41:918 (1,2,3,4): To follow your constant hitsounding, to be consistent you should add a Finish in (1) and a Clap in (3) to follow the music properly. If you feel a bit high, you could reduce the Volume in this pattern.

[Hard:]

• 00:22:087 (1,2,3,4): Same as Normal.
--> Another suggestion to these Notes: The distance between these Notes looks high to be an antijump. I feel better if you reduce the Spacing between these Notes using Distance Snap 0,2x Instead.

Well, to be sincere I tested again the CTB diff again, and I can't see any problem with these Notes
A little thing in Hard: 00:27:735 (3): Could you move this Slider to x:288 y:256, to occupate the same place as previous (1)? The spacing change is minor so there isn't any problem while you play the map and if you do my suggestion the pattern will look neater than before

A little advice to your next map,try to do a better variety with your hitsounds and not adding always the same
This time, since the music is repetitive and the hitsounds fit fine anyways I decided to overlook this
And your map is also preety fun and fluent
