Need help finding the bpm and offset for a song

This is Fisherman's Horizon from FFVIII,
I just can't seem to get these right...
any help is greatly appreciated.

BPM: 148
Offset: 160

Though you may want to halve the BPM to 74 to quiet the sliders. This is a slow, soothing song, so slow sliders with a lower tick rate's probably ideal.

Thanks, now I can finally start this.
I had the BPM almost perfect, but the offset was way off and it really threw me off.
