More beatmap updating options in osu!

I like how .osu files can be updated from within osu, but it'd be even better if you can get extra additions as well through this method (basically to reflect the osz package rather than the osu file).

This would include:

-New difficulties.
-BG images/option to download video.
-Storyboard/custom skin related images.

Maybe we could have a button next to the online/local button or the Update to Latest Version button to check whether the whole folder is complete. If things are extra, missing, or changed from the on from the site, a button appears to let you DL the whole thing.

I asked peppy about this once, and he said it would be very complicated to add. Still, this was quite a while ago, and peppy loves storyboards and custom skins, so who knows.

This can be done if the osz2 file format is fulfilled. Go bug echo a bit :p
