Osu skin isn't working

The skin works perfectly fine on my desktop but when I try to use it on my laptop it doesn't work apart from some changes to sliders and sounds. I have tried all versions of the Reddit post, I have deleted and redownloaded all versions, I checked folder names, I even uninstalled and reinstalled osu. Do you know any way to fix this?

This skin is meant for only High Definition resolutions (with height that is above 800px). You can use this program on the skin's folder to make it work in Standard Definition resolutions such as your laptop's.
