Is the new Wacom Intuos 2018 good or still bad?

So I've been looking for a tablet and then I came across a 490 and the new 2018 Intuos (Model number 4100)

Since I've heard about the input lag issues in the 490,I want to know if that's the same for the 4100. Sadly in the physical stores here, there's no 480,even in Lazada.

And also I want to know if the input lag is only in hover or it also affects dragging.

Someone developed a driver that fixes input lag issues for the 490 which received very positive feedback overall:

I've heard nothing about the new Intuos 2018 yet, so no clue.

I do know about the hawku drivers, just wanna know if the new Intuos doesn't need it anymore because it's improved.

Or maybe they still suck at it.
