this ALL started with the power being cut off for the electrician to work on our panel... i didnt get any warning and didn't get the chance to shut off the computer naturally;;
then, when the power was restored by the electrician, why did the ui at the bottom-right of the taskbar have invisible icons? why did the internet network APPEAR connected while not actually being able to use the browser or use discord?
why was it at least mostly ok (enough to play starcraft broodwar) before i shut the computer off to restart it and investigate why the internet never worked....? and when i first checked the system, why was it not detecting problems UNTIL i exited the completed test?? why did it shut the computer off and suddenly have problems??? i can't reboot the computer.... :'((
