Your video will if anything at first just get deleted. It takes a lot to get your account disabled, so don't worry.

So i assume the soundtrack is causing trouble?

Yeah. They send you out a warning and gets rid of the video after repeated offenses of their whatever copyright policy, but the chances of your account getting suspended is low unless you flood out bazillions of videos.

It sure does.

I've gotten an account closed too, but that doesn't imply that you'll get yours suspended just from one or two offenses.

I've never had any notices/warnings so it depends on the songs you upload and how lucky you get.

I'm not sure if this works for osu! videos, but I know with a lot of music I see on youtube, they're fine with it as long as its edited in some sort of way. This could be by speeding up the video, flipping it horizontally/verically, raising the pitch, etc. You can do it in miniscule amounts, and it'll work, since it's theoretically "edited material"

So if the volume from chitchats and whistles and that stuff from hitting the circles would be really high and all, it wouldn't be violation?
