i think 'Easy' diff should be mapped too.. Normal diff is bit hard to play for the real 'Beginners'
better use 'Aki Akane' for the artist
real name of song is 'Flash B ack' . you need to fix it
Add 'boro boro na ikizama' (Album name) in the Source and Toysfactory for the tags
you need to add same tags to Normal , Luka's Hard~ it's empty now!

Also, a bit of an add-on to Reisen's post. The artist should be "AKI AKANE", all capitalized.
And finally, not really a mod but some things that caught my eye.
In Normal, the spinner at the beginning of the song is a tick further then it is in the rest of the diffs.
In Insane, you should put NC 02:01:075 (3) - there and 02:01:561 (5) -there, like you did with the rest of the jumps.
