The layout has been changed, and you can now check for things muted via an empty hitsound file by specifying which addition it is. More explanation on the github page.

Reasoning
Someone told me that some BNs had to self-pop because they accidentally let muted objects slip through. This can occur because of a mistake when muting slider ends, and can take a lot of time to check.
Please let me know if there are any bugs, aside from ones caused by editing the .osu in unexpected ways.
