Those elements are called particle100 and particle50. You can try taking them from the default skin template or you can make the yourself

The transfer method does not help. Particles 100 and 50 just disappear from the game.
In the folder with the skin and in the game they are invisible.

It seems like you have files alphabetically ordered so you should find them lower down in the folder. Also particles aren't supposed to appear on the ranking panel or in the preview so that isn't a problem.
