April 2012 Themed Chart: Approved Maps!

So my team was so excited that a bug that prevented approved maps in the chart was fixed, that they wanted to make this theme with nothing BUT approval maps. You can view the chart here.

Winners from the James/Darri/Al-Azif Chart are:

Neat idea. Kind of surprised to see there are no Dragonforce maps in there. Maybe those are being saved for later...

Does that mean Approved maps might start showing up in the monthly charts? In case that's so, I don't think there should be anything but ranked maps in the monthlies... I don't really have a reason for it, though. It just seems like it should be that way. >_> But then, maybe it's not that way anyway.

New topic: I mainly play osu! because it's fun for me when the more I play the higher my rank goes. :D It's like getting rewarded for playing my favorite game. I don't think I'll be bothering with this chart. :3

They have already been popping up, but don't worry, this is probably the last case in which we'll be seeeing such hard maps

I'd change some maps there and there (lol Reikin's Ronald map) but yeah it's kind of the only good chart I've seen apart from the Best of Charts. Good job!

Airman should be there, and no, no Dragonforce maps, they give out scores like 200m+, putting them there would just make it all about them, like WW goes plays 4 or 5 maps and you can't beat him at all.

Shouldn't be, this is kind of the only interesting chart apart from a few other exceptions, like you got to play really fun stuff instead of random maps that got ranked during the month.

It's a classic map, but not really good at all. I just don't find it fitting with some other well-made maps like Dragons and monolithize phases.

Opinions, and with val maps more often than not it's a hit or miss, either you like it or you don't. Hence the lot of dislike.
I'm just glad that this chart features Pure Ruby, I love that map.

I've never seen half the maps on the chart \o/

And when I think of approval stuff I think of the classic approval kind of stuff such as disturbia, hallowed, boundary of space, marathons, shitloadofdifficulties, compilations or practically anything over 5 minutes of playing time. Not these 2-to-4 minute single difficulty maps.
