I have this song romanized as "Yoru ga Akeru yo", with a space between "ru" and "yo". Do some research, see which one fits best.
You may want to create your own sliderpoint10.png and sliderpoint30.png since they don't seem to fit.
soft-hitwhistle.wav really doesn't fit in this song, so please consider replacing it.
You may also want to find spinner-bonus.wav

Just wondering, what font are you using for the storyboard?
lyric-a3.png should not contain "wasurerareru"; that should be on lyric-a4.png instead.
The lyrics "one sheep two sheep three sheep" aren't located anywhere. Neither is "four sheep five sheep six sheep", as well as seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, and eighteen. I'm sure you've figured out that you need an image containing only "sheep" since thirteen and fourteen don't come with sheep.
At 01:50:585, whitelight2.png appears, and later, title.png and artist.png. title.png doesn't start from the centre of whitelight2.png. Also, I would recommend repositioning these three sprites lower on the area; somewhere immediately below the x-axis would be nice.
lyric-e1.png should not contain "soredakedeii"; that should be on lyric-e2.png instead.
You'll need another image containing only "kimi ni aitai".

[One Sheep]
01:15:388 (1) - Symmetrical sliders like this are best made with a centre point at the very top of the slider. Here's a fix:

  1. The third offset feels a bit iffy, I think the third offset should be on 81775. If you still not sure try asking other MAT/BAT for more confirmation

  3. 00:11:785 (3) - This should be remove as there's nothing in the song that can correspondent to the object (only 00:10:785 (2) is enough to cover the guitar)
  4. 01:21:385 - Remove this timing section. The 60% volume make the spinner sound to be too loud, 50% is enough as the peak volume for the spinner
  5. 01:14:185 (2) - I suggest to use 3/2 slider here to follow the guitar some thing like this
  6. 02:57:885 (1) - This spinner will give better effect if you start it on 02:57:485 along with the singer voice (you have to remove 1 repeat from 02:56:985 (5) if you do this)
  7. 03:01:185 - I think you should remove this break and also the one on 03:10:785 because it's too short, and the letter box doesn't appear very good especially in 03:10:785 (well I personally don't like short break so you can ignore me if you like them)

But try to reduce some of the whistle and try to put whistle following the guitar instead. For example on 00:04:585 (5) remove the whistle on the beginning then put one on the repeat, this will at least make the object follow the hitsound
  2. 01:19:385 (1) - I suggest to use the timing section with gradually increase volume as the other 2 diff
  3. 01:46:585 (1) - Finish at the end?
  4. This is a nice diff but if I have to complain it seems that after the first kiai the rhythm become a simple 1/1 beat with the occasionally 1/2 beat. There's nothing wrong with it it just feels weird for me and again, I can blame you because the song it self is quite simple except for the intro, but I still suggest you to at least add some more notes on the second kiai if you can, don't force yourself if you can't think of a good place to add more notes

do you ant to use the skin in general or do you want that JoJo adds the skin to the map?
if you want to use the skin, then create a skin.ini for it and then playce all the files into a new subfolderin osu!/skins
if you want that JoJo adds the skin to the map, then attach a zip file with all the graphics in it and the descission is up to JoJo then...

    4. 00:36:185 (4,5,6,7,1) - Awkward jump and can't see a reason that it is needed, so probably remove it or shorten the distance?
    5. 00:58:585 (1,2,3,4,1) - Unperfected pentagon. There is a "Create Polygon Circles" function. You can make good use of this and then use "scale" function to increase the spacing.
    6. 01:00:785 (2) - Please stack the end of the slider to the beginning of (1)- properly?
    7. 01:08:185 (1,2,3,4,1) - Same as 00:58:585-
    8. 02:28:985 (1) - It would be nice if you could make the spacing consistent with 02:28:385 (7,8,9) -
