You need to get an image editing software such as paint.net or photoshop and open up the scorebar.png file from the skin in the image editing program. Then erase the placeholder text for the name and type your own. Then save the image and put it back in the skin folder. Some skins provide .psd files you can edit in photoshop to make it easier. You can also use a site like https://agube.lu/generator/ that can generate a custom scoreboard you can put in your skin.
