Hey my game just randomly started running on 60fps/120fps and i dont know what the problem is i dont have vsync on and i have tried f7 doesnt do anything and im playing on windowed but i wanna play fullscreen

Are you playing on a laptop? If so, make sure your battery management is set to "High Performance" in Windows
Also try disabling "Fullscreen Optimizations" in the osu!.exe properties in Windows
