Didn't found a better place to post this suggestion.

So, what you think about it?

I see a lot of people playing without background to get more concentration and trying not get some "stupid" miss because of color combo have the same color as the background..

I like play with background, even so..sometimes i wanna test/play songs without it.. removing background manually takes some time and its boring :c

I am also strongly against adding a background toggle. If you want to play a game where you are hitting single-coloured circles on a black background, go make your own ouendan clone

osz2 is only a format change, and will not affect anything else initially.

No you can't, you're taking sentences out of context.

I remember peppy and mm201 said on IRC that existing beatmaps in your database won't be converted to osz2, but they WILL force an "Update to latest version" and not let you submit ranked score if you've deleted or changed anything. If that hasn't changed, then lots of people aren't gonna be very happy... Personally I'm glad, I never delete backgrounds and almost never delete storyboards, so it's nice that everyone will be on the same playing field.
