Feb 24 is the last one. Everything above that is "Jan 1, 1970".

osu! is older than I remember (peppy coded it before he was born, hax)

I'm pretty sure osume takes off a stripped down page of the actual changelog. So if anything, it's a web server problem? Or perhaps your system time is off?
