osu! is older than I remember (peppy coded it before he was born, hax)

Also I knew that date sounded familiar..

System time is measured by a system clock, which is typically implemented as a simple count of the number of ticks that have transpired since some arbitrary starting date, called the epoch. I'm pretty sure osume takes off a stripped down page of the actual changelog. So if anything, it's a web server problem? Or perhaps your system time is off?
