How to switch the position of bars in mario paint composer?

You can only place on even numbered bars.

Like you can't adjust the position of the bars. Mario paint composer only fakes different meters by moving the position of downbeats.

Changing the meter doesn't actually change the area you can place notes, it just moves the downbeats.

Pretty sure Mario Paint Composer only takes for the simplest metronomes, and that if you wanted to do something more complex, you would have to do a fake timing

Fake timing?

Also, I know wario ware DIY composer supported different meters and had multiple tracks, but as far as I know, there’s no PC port of that.

Anyway, I’ll stop now before I go on forever
