Can someone convert this mp3 into a CBR for me?

Edit: If someone does convert the mp3 into a CBR, please try to make it a 192 bit rate. Thank you.

The mp3 you provide is 166kbs VBR, you can't convert to a higher bit rate (if you do the mp3 will be lower quality and you get an unnecessary big mp3)).

To be honest the mp3 sound pretty good to me, but I had a flac version lying around on my computer so I convert you one.
