The timing of the beats are horribly wrong. You should always find the correct BPM and offset before you start making the beats. That makes the whole thing a lot easier and a lot more accurate.
I timed the song with BPM=130.12 and offset=351 but this has a slight compromise with the intro section. You may want to use multiple timing sections if need be.
After you do that, resnap the beats. Then you will need to fix some of the notes, such as the 3-3-2 beat of the beats after the first spinner, around 0:45.
Also, some of the faster bits such as orange at around 1:12 (just before the break) also needs working on. You can slow the song down at bottom right to work on it.
My final bit of advice is to try to use the new combo button more. Some of the numbers go up to 20+! 10-ish should be the maximum.
