I think my signature is good because it fits with my avatar (and my userpage for that matter). Ideally, should be something recognizable, like an avatar. However, not many people will recognize you by your sig, so in this case it's less important.
I will tell you this: you stretched an image so it will have the proportions of a signature, and for that reason it is awful to look at. On the contrary, I cropped mine to the dimensions of a signature, no stretching required. Fix your sig, m8.
