I really like the background blur feature in osu!lazer. It's so comfortable playing at 75% dim and 75% blur. Could you also implement it into osu!stable?
There is no need as osu!lazer will most likely replace it (my speculation) when development will be finished.

It would require engine changes which is way too much time consuming at current state. It is better for peppy to use this time for lazer.
