Oh god. Voice chat plus internet equals something i can't explain. I think you are all forgetting that the majority of those playing are KIDS. If you have ever played any online game with some level of anonymity and voice, you will understand.
If you want private voice chat, use skype, or setup a ventrillo server if you must. I don't think osu! needs inbuilt support.
