Welcome to the osu! Technical Championship! OTC is a unique tournament featuring a purely technical mappool. Each map may consist of complex rhythms and sliders, unorthodox patterns, and a wide variety of technical mapping techniques. This is an international tournament open to everyone. Am I still able to join if im in the 12k rank or do i need to pass 12k to join? Also if I need to pass rank 12k ill do that but anyone want to team?
