Beforehand, there are some major things to mention:

[General]
-> .mp3's maximum bitrate allowed is 192kbps (your current one is 320kbps)
-> No SB element should exceed 800 x 600. I looked at your folder, and most of them are 1027px in width ):
-> Remove "Selova" (because it's already under creator's name) and "Korean" (because it will be added to language when this map is ranked) from the tags
-> Kiai Time should be consistent! End your last kiai as KuroUsagi did in her diff.
-> You don't even need lead-in time 0.5s for this one, just set it to 0 because there's already a long delay before the first note
-> And, finally, the skin. I highly suggest to add a black border to the hitcircle. Why? Because in harder difficulties it will be hard to tell where the circle is (especially on streams). Plus, you're using red combo-color here, with borderless hitcircle it blends with the BG much. Also, spinner-circle isn't perfectly centered.

And, here we go with the mod:

-> Use proper capitalization for the diff's name (One Hand Up)
  1. 00:11:960 (1) - Add new combo to this slider. Also, extend this slider by 1/2?
  2. 00:18:680 (4) - Because (3) is already curved, why not curve this one too? Like this:
  3. 00:22:040 (4,5) - Although no hitsound is technically usable here, I prefer if you stay consistent to your whistle pattern : add whistle on (4), and on (5)'s end
  4. 00:23:480 (1) - Add finish on slider's start
  5. 00:27:320 (1,2,3) - Add whistle every time there's a "thud" sound here, as you did previously
  6. 00:38:840 (1) - Add finish? Fits very well after the spinner imo
  7. 00:42:680 (2,3,4) - Arrange like this? It flows more rather than just triangular pattern:
  8. 00:45:560 (6) - Make this encircle (5)?
  9. 00:54:200 - Drag break here?
  10. 01:02:840 (2) - Move two grids up and face this slider upward. It really emphasizes (1) and (3)'s direction.
  11. 01:18:200 (2,4) - It's not a wise idea to let (4)'s repeat cover (1)'s start. So, I suggest to face these two downward
  12. 01:23:000 (3) - This one too, the slider's path is sheathing the next pattern. This is my suggestion:
  13. 01:24:920 (1) - Add finish on slider's start?
  14. 01:27:800 (4,5) - Sudden claps isn't a good idea >_< I suggest to remove the clap from (4)
  15. 01:28:760 (1,3) - Just pointing out some minor stuffs, but you don't really need those extra waypoints in the middle ):
  16. 01:50:840 (4) - Add whistle on slider's start? (because you already do so in the previous (2))
  17. 02:04:280 (3) - Move one grid down (well, I guess the spacing error here is unintentional, though...)
  18. 02:06:200 (6) - Also with this one. Copy-paste from (3) and ctrl-h here?
  19. 02:07:160 (7) - Add new combo
  20. 02:09:560 (10) - Should be stacked to (7) to make the spacing consistent
  21. 02:17:720 (10) - Unreadable slider. Don't put a slider UNDER another slider. Here's a simple, beautiful way how to avoid things like this:
  22. 02:26:360 (1) - Finish instead of whistle here?
  23. 02:29:240 (4) - Remove clap here also, to prevent sudden clapping as I mentioned before
  24. 02:35:960 (7) - Spacing error (again, this couldn't be intentional though) - I suggest to replace this slider with grid lv3 instead of grid lv2
  25. 02:45:080 (4,5) - Add new combo on either (4) or (5), but I highly suggest (4) though (because of the stack you used here)
  26. 02:57:080 (1) - Finish on slider's start?
  27. 03:01:880 (7) - New combo here. Also, sudden linear slider here breaks the flow imo... However, if you keep insisting to use linear slider, this one could work without ruining the flow:
Well, the hitsound's getting more consistent through the end, though. If you keep the consistency for the entire diff, would sound much better because there's no major problem with the notes' placement.

[Hard Up]
  1. 00:15:080 (5,6) - I think, it's better to move these two 1 grid up to avoid spacing confusion with (2) - well, I can understand this because you're mapping with grid lv2 though...
  2. 00:19:640 (3,4,5) - Rather than straight linear sliders, you can play a lot with symmetry here. For example:
  3. 00:29:000 (5) - You only need one red waypoint here, alter the 2nd red waypoint into bezier one
  4. 00:40:280 (4) - Is the red waypoint in the end really required? Also, it's better to tilt this one a bit following (3)'s tilt angle:
  5. 00:50:360 (5,6,7,8,9) - Definitely can be shaped better using grid lv.3 or lv.4:
  6. 00:55:247 - Move the first waypoint 1 grid left for symmetry
  7. 00:57:080 (5) - I prefer stacking this to (6), it's friendlier to read this way
  8. 01:02:600 (2) - Face this slider downward, to emphasize the path to (3)?
  9. 01:08:360 (2) - This note doesn't follow anything in the music imo. I highly suggest to remove this note and add an extra repeat to (1)
  10. 01:35:720 (8) - 1/2 slider here instead of single note?
  11. 01:36:920 (3) - I highly recommend you to add a note here to fill the blank (preferably placed 1 grid higher than (2))
  12. 01:59:480 (1,2,3) - If you look carefully, (1,2)'s spacing is closer than (2,3)...
  13. 02:11:000 (6) - I personally don't like how this note looks in play mode, perhaps unstack this and place it like this?
  14. 02:31:400 (4) - Do you really need to "overcurve" the slider like this? Standard linear curve with 1 waypoint only is more than enough imo
  15. 02:41:480 (9) - This note doesn't follow anything. Few things you can do, is either moving this 1/4 earlier, OR altering (7,8,9) into a single slider
  16. 02:51:080 (3) - Slider wave here?
  17. 03:07:400 (2) - Not sure if this slider is unrankable, but it's better to avoid such ambiguous things :3

-> Overall Difficulty -1 ?
  1. 00:08:480 (2) - I know you're trying to form a jump here, but I highly suggest to make (1,2,3)'s spacing consistent because they're equally apart on the timeline.
  2. 00:10:400 (2) - Same as above
  3. 00:16:160 (2) - Add whistle?
  4. 00:21:080 (6) - This jump looks like it's randomly placed. Perhaps place (6) in the center, so (at least) it forms an intuitive pattern?
  5. 00:25:160 (8,9,10) - Make their distance equal
  6. 00:33:800 (16) - "Burai sliders" (sliders with its start placed above its end) is unrankable by now. I suggest standard slider wave here
  7. 00:35:000 (1) - End spinner in 00:37:886?
  8. 00:46:040 (6) - Although it's readable, but this anti-jump may shock players. At least, add a New Combo here, or just stack it to (5) start/end
  9. 00:51:080 (4,5,6) - To beautify this jump, I suggest to curve (4,6) a bit and move (5) higher:
  10. 00:57:320 (6) - Move the last waypoint 1 grid right and down, to form a 45° angle here?
  11. 00:59:960 (3) - Why snap this to the blue tick? Snap to the white tick (1/4 later) is much better imo
  12. 01:04:880 (5,8) - Add whistle here to keep your whistle pattern as before (I like your previous one more! xD)
  13. 01:11:840 (8) - New Combo, it's a new jump sequence
  14. 01:13:280 (13,1) - Not stacked perfectly. Is it intentional?
  15. 01:16:040 (6,7) - Unequal spacing compared to the others, orz
  16. 01:19:160 (7) - Very unpredictable. Perhaps place it on the other side of (10)?
  17. 01:22:280 (5) - Unrankable slider, I suggest to change this into 2 single notes instead
  18. 01:35:480 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - 7 notes stream feels like overmapped imo. Delete (5)?
  19. 01:40:280 (11) - Add finish to emphasize the song's cymbal sound?
  20. 01:50:840 (4) - Remove 2 repeats from the slider, and move it 1/2 later. Thus, add a circle here
  21. 01:56:840 (7,8,9,10,11) - Zig-zag stream here (as you mostly did before)?
  22. 02:01:640 (8) - This slider moves in an abnormal way
  23. 02:09:320 (7) - New combo. Also, is there any point to use 9% volume here? I don't think so...
  24. 02:18:680 (1,1,1) - Don't new combo spam. It will mess up the HP Drain system.
  25. 02:33:320 (3) - Delete this note? (yeah, this note pretty much felt like added for extra difficulty)
  26. 02:35:120 (4) - One grid up to make it parallel to (7)
  27. 02:40:040 (1,1,1) - Again with the new combo spam (and this is a bad one imo)
  28. 02:54:920 (8) - Long bezier slider, imo, plays much better rather than long linear slider here:
The jumps are quite random. Well, also the end somewhat feels like overmapped but they hitsounded well.

[B-RAB's Max]
-> Overall Difficulty 9 is murder, seriously. I suggest AR9 + OD8 instead of AR8 + OD9
  1. 00:07:160 (1,2) - Add whistle for these two opening notes?
  2. 00:09:320 (1,2) - If you do ^, whistle here to keep the hitsound consistent
  3. 00:16:760 (5,6,7) - Rather than back-and-forth notes, I prefer something that plays more naturally here : pentagons
  4. 00:19:280 (6) - Delete this note? Feels like overmapped and it's not even following anything on the song
  5. 00:26:960 (9,10,11) - I don't like how this stack looks in play mode. Repeating slider maybe?
  6. 00:41:000 (7,8,1) - There are more natural ways to put this jump. For example:
  7. 00:51:800 (8) - Is the jump here necessary? Plays better without it imo
  8. 00:59:960 (1,2) - This part suddenly follows the bass, feels really weird imo. I suggest to keep following the vocal : 1/4 repeating slider here + a note 1/2 after
  9. 01:08:120 (x) - Add note here? (I know you're following the bass again, but this time it's better. To improve the rhythm, add a circle here)
  10. 01:11:240 (1,1,1,1) - Do not new combo spam (reason above)
  11. 01:16:880 (7) - I suppose you're following the background rhythm here. So, here should be circle + 1/2 slider instead of 3/4 slider
  12. 01:25:640 (3,4,5,6,7) - Well, zig-zag stream isn't a bad idea, but for this part I prefer arc stream. It plays more naturally imo:
  13. 01:32:480 (7) - Delete this note? (it follows nothing on the song)
  14. 01:36:320 (6,1) - Inconsistent spacing here, (1) should be moved 1 grid left. Also, move the next (3) one grid left if you follow this
  15. 01:41:480 (4) - This slider is having the same length with (3), but it's 0.5x. This is not intuitive. I suggest to keep the 1.0x here, but use crumpled slider instead:
  16. 01:44:840 (3,4,5) - Wide jump. Playable, but I prefer something easier to catch:
  17. 01:49:880 (7) - Curve to the left to get more flow?
  18. 02:05:240 (1,1,1,1) - Don't new combo spam
  19. 02:09:360 - What is this inherit section for? (if it is DO used, move to the spinner's start)
  20. 02:23:720 (7,8,9) - Hard enough to read this back-and-forth jump, maybe alter the jump like this:
  21. 02:33:920 (9) - Delete note? (it follows nothing on the song)
Well, after all, I think it's better to follow how selova did with whistles in the chorus (on his Hard Up diff) imo. Great jumps though.

In conclusion, this is a potential map overall. Love the SB, although skin's quite confusing.

  13. 02:50:938 (6) - This is supposed to be only 1/4, based from the music.

  3. 00:24:418 (6) - ^ (Look out for parts that are similar like this. I won't point out things like this anymore.)
  4. 00:24:898 (9,11) - ^ (^)
  5. 00:27:058 (9,10,11) - Use a repeating slider instead? I think you're trying to follow the vocal here, and that's the best way to do it, IMO. (^)
  6. 00:30:298 (1,2) - Convert them into a slider. (Reason: ^) (^ - aka the "parts that are similar like this" stuff still applies here.)
  7. 00:45:418 (4) - I really don't recommend changing the slider's speed without using NC (This comment applies to the parts that are similar to this).

That's it. Get more modders here. I believe that with enough dedication to this mapset, it can be a good map at the very least, and might even get ranked ;)

Okay, enough. If I point out every badly shaped slider and every single spot with a bad flow or pattern, this is going to be too long. Just review your diffs by yourself, or ask for modders who are more patient and dedicated than me if you want to get more stuff explained. What I've pointed are some of the more severe problems.

That's it. Get more modders here. I believe that with enough dedication to this mapset, it can be a good map at the very least, and might even get ranked ;)
