[Proposal] A song can be qualified every X number of days

Current Rule

Do not qualify mapsets whose song already has a Qualified mapset

The qualified section is unreliable regarding how long it takes for a map to be moved from qualified to ranked. It was going as high as 14 days in the past, and is currently at 10 days.

Because of this, it's inconsistent how long it is before another map of the song can be qualified

Suggested Change

Do not qualify mapsets whose song has been qualified within the last X number of days

While seven days was the initial time set out by the qualified section, I think there is a number of people that are against the rule altogether. Therefore, I think it would be best if the rule was changed from 7 days to 5 days. This still ensures variety in the ranked section, as the songs would not be on the same page in the beatmap listing if 8 maps are ranked per day.

this is hilariously pointless in the grand scheme of things to be completely honest. making songs mutually exclusive to the qualified section works just fine. the point is to have a steady stream of different songs rather than 15 sets of, say, oneroom s2 ending at the same time. whether theyre 7, 10, 5, days apart isnt a big difference, and qualified / unqualified is the simplest way to keep track of it.
