How do you play OSU?

I play mouse only. I do not own a tablet (and I do not want a tablet) and I can't play with the keys on the keyboard. Also I don't want to play with the keyboard. To me, osu! is a "mouse-game".

well, I hold my mouse normally with my right hand. I just feel more comfortable with this.

I only play osu!, not taiko (cos I can't press that fast) or ctb (cos its just too difficult).

I use my mouse all the time! I only use z and x if there are a real fast set of stack notes coming up.
