I play mouse only. I do not own a tablet (and I do not want a tablet) and I can't play with the keys on the keyboard. Also I don't want to play with the keyboard. To me, osu! is a "mouse-game".

with patience
mouse for clicking all single notes at 1000 dpi with x4.0 sensitivity
and ZX for triplets, quadruplets, quintiples etc and streams

taiko: left shift , ? + z , right shift
CTB: left shift , right shift + space
