9+ star ranked maps

I was interested in the possibility of a 9+ star map getting ranked.
There is only one ranked 9.16 star map right now, The Promethean Kings (https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1083470).
Of course there weren't many mappers that tryed to get a 9+ star map ranked, but can you acttualy do it if you made all difficulties from 1 to 9 stars for a map or if you only made a 9 star difficulty for a 5+ minute map (beacuse thats one of the ranking criteria).
Also I was interested why isn't Doomsday is bad's galaxy collapse (https://osu.ppy.sh/s/396221) ranked and could you get a 10+ star map ranked maybe?

it could? something like - https://osu.ppy.sh/s/634147 has a possibility actually but well, anything goes 9* is rather inhumane. :p
and that galaxy collapse map is loved, not ranked.

galaxy collapse isn't ranked bc it sucks.
of course it's always possible that a 9* gets ranked :3

9* maps either have to be extremely high bpm (and overmapped in a lot of cases) or be completely unplayable garbage, i wouldn't expect many other than Promethean Kings to ever get ranked

If it gets ranked it's probably gonna be by Kroytz or Mazzerin.

BRUH. 9 stars map are litterally impossible ( 1-2 are not ). make easy maps. Galaxy Collapse is a loved map anyway <3. Dont play 9 star maps if you wont go at hospital and lose your 2 hands
