My request is simple and i dont want to give a reason. It is just to block the people that you dont want to talk or know anymore, to be blocked from spectating you

Hide spectator list, i highly doubt you will be able to prevent people from spectating you
Spectating and sending PMs are 2 completely different things. I don't think anybody does any harm to you by only watching you play, so I'd just hide spectators like Sakura said
