I'm almost sure, that nobody has NFS-skins and it's not created yet. But maybe somebody can try to realize something like your request.
i like nfs.. i dont like the idea of a nfs skin.. would be smart to map a nfs song along with that?!:)
lol NFSW world is pretty specific xD IMO there isn't really much you can skin with racing games, though the interface in NFSW does have a pretty nice style.
Unfortunately though, like SonicX said, iirc there are no nfs skins, don't think there will be for a long while.

I have Pogo by Digitalism beatmap (NFS Pro Street Soundtrack). Yeah, I'd love to see some NFS skins to match that beatmaps.
