As far as I know, there is currently no way to "mod" osu. even if there is, that would disallow you to have an account because then you'd be fiddling with how the game works.
also, what do you count as fail? there's sudden death mod already if you want full combos, or hold the tilde "~" key for a quick restart. takes the same amount of time as the perfect mod.
