Since we have peppybot I don't see this as necessary, and I don't even see it as a feasible thing to do since basically the game should allow players to run personal code, which basically could do anything.
Besides, any custom made mods should be unranked for online ranking since you could basically do anything that makes the game easier in so many ways.

I can see this taking more effort than it would be worth. Hardly anyone would bother coding a mod - and even if they did, it would be limited to the functionality I export out of osu!. Which would mean I'd constnatly be getting requests to add new functionality and crap just for one or two people to expand the game in a way that could probably be more easily done by requesting a mod from me.
