Don't blame it on the creator, because they try their best to speak English, even when they natively speak Chinese, as it seems.¹
¹There are zh-CN (Chinese {Simplified}) .lang-files in the language-folder inside the "zh-CN"-language-folder.
I patched to fix ver.2.16 and so I was able to change the CLI and the GUI language.
