Maybe you can try to look in the Art General Discussion thread! There might be some helpful tips over there. And of course, if you're new to art, google is your friend! There are plenty of guides and tutorials out there to help you improve at art. As for help on how to draw pippi, how about looking at a picture of her for reference?
