Osu only have a Success and Fail layer.. but wouldn't it be nice if we got a "normal" layer? Like I mean, a layer that activates when you get 50s or 100s
Fail layer triggers when you are losing hp. Pass layer triggers when you are gaining hp. There's a built in delay, but if you have one miss, it should flash the fail layer. Also shows fail if theres a slight draining period.
Doesn't work well in practice to let you know you're "failing"

This is definitely something that could be pretty cool ! I wonder how such a layer would work, though - could it function as an additional background layer to, for example, change the color of the background when failing ? Or perhaps a new kind of loop could be added for that sort of thing ?
