こんにちは。わざわざ日本語で書いていただいてありがとうございます。
mapを本格的に作るのは今回がはじめてなので、rankedになれるか分かりませんが、太鼓ぜひ作っていただきたいです。
太鼓のことはよくわかりませんが、この曲に太鼓はよく合いそうですね!

1、Your note arrangement is casual. I think it's good. But the style of your Hard and Insane diff is too similar = =

2、About the hitsound:
you can try using more hitsounds(claps and finish)and using different volume in dfferent part. It would make the hitsounds more sweet. Only whistles and the same volume with the same sound style seem a little boring.

HardがInsane級の難易度に感じました。
AIMが難しい上に密度も高いのが気になりました。
全体を通して同じような難易度なので、できる人はできて
できない人はできないとはっきり分かれるような難易度になっているとおもいます。
Hardとして作るのであればもう少し簡単にしたほうがいいのではないでしょうか。

HardとInsaneが似ていると言われている方がおりますが私もそう感じます。
音の取り方、配置等似ている箇所が多くもうすこし違いがあれば。と思いました。

感覚的なことばかりで申し訳ありません。それは違うんじゃないかと思えば無視してくれて結構です。
Insane楽しめました。Ranked頑張ってください。

たしかに、hardはAIMもそれなりに要求されて密度も高いですね。これでは難しいのかもしれません。
解決案としてはorsolaさんが仰られるようにhard自体を簡単にするか、もしくはhardをinsaneに、insaneをlunaticにし、またもう一つhardを作るという2つの手段が考えられると思います。
ですが後者では、両者が似通っているという問題の解決が先送りになってしまうと思われるので、前者の案、つまりinsaneとの差別化も念頭にいれつつ、hardをもう少し万人向けの易しい難易度にしようかと思います。
と思ったのですが、もったいないので、のちのち後者の案を取るかもしれません。

Okay, here we go. I decided to spend some time right now.

General stuff
  1. Remove "ligy" from tags
  2. You have about of 19% unmapped at the beginning and something like 11% in the end. So, you have 29% of mp3 unmapped,it's bigger than recommended percentage (less than 20%)
    1. I advice you to map a little more. Either start from 00:12:978, or from 00:26:149
  3. You can grab some more tags from this video's description
  4. Find Okuu's picture with transparent background and use it as comboburst.png. I think it will look nice, but don't forget about its dimensions: it should be less than 400x700 (big things may distract people from playing)
  5. You can add three kiai fountains.
    1. 01:24:594 — add here section that turns kiai off. 01:24:685 — and here turn it on again!
    2. 02:46:545 — turn it off, and 02:46:636 — turn it on
    3. 02:58:252 — turn it off, 02:58:344 — turn it on and 02:58:435 — turn it off
    Do it in all diffs
  6. Pink colour doesn't fit BG, use orange (close to red) or something like it
Easy
  1. 00:43:710 (1) - I think, you need to add finish for slider's beginning
  2. 00:46:636 (3) - same
  3. 00:49:563 (1) - the same. In short, listen to the track and add finish when it appears in music
  4. 01:11:514 (1) - slider overlaps it a little. Movel this note somewhere else
  5. 01:11:514 (1,2,3,4,5) - not really good for Easy. 5 is almost hidden by hitbursts and other four notes. Moreover, at 01:12:978 starts kiai (intensive part, yeah), but player has to waaaait for next note. You better place more notes after kiai's start and remove some of them before it.
  6. 01:18:831 (1) - add finish instead of clap, it fits much more because of new part of lyrics
  7. 01:24:685 (1) - same
  8. 02:33:466 (1) - no. Slider's end mustn't be here, really close to beginning, because player can't see in which direction should he move. I advice you to change it to repeating slider: http://puu.sh/cSn6. Don't forget to add finish for the first and the last repeats

  3. 02:16:453 (2) - swith to tiny grid and place it under slider's end. Use zero spacing for it
I like this diff more than others!

  1. 01:00:356 (2) - use the same trick as on Insane to put it under slider's end. It's called "to stack notes"
  2. 01:05:112 (4) - the same
  3. 01:45:905 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - what if you make it a little bit curvy? http://puu.sh/cSvc
  4. 01:48:100 — start break from here. Here's how to do it:http://puu.sh/cSvw (grab it and drag to the white tick). You'll see how does it work in test or play mode
  5. 02:27:063 (4) - stack it with the end of slider
  6. 02:56:149 (3,4) - place it a little bit farther from previous sliders (there's no free space between them so they overlap a little bit)
Not bad.

Well, few words about hitsounds. These claps don't sound well for me, so if you feel the same, try to find another clap sample.
