seriously, im new here, and i wanted to make my own, im pretty good in programs like SAI, but i need to know where the template is.

Sai is a painting program. That doesn't translate to skinning ability.

Yes, you can use my skin elements for your maps. You do not need to be credit me.
For mixed skins or as part of a new original skin, I request you credit me for this kind of usage. Thanks!

I also want to add some skin at my maps, but I don't know who should I ask for the skin

(Because I can't make it by myself)

I recommended you to use GIMP, its a free program and also fit for skinners
